JUNE 20-23, 2019. **Each title can be collected the same day it was obtained at the offices of the FCM within the event at no cost** IBERO-AMERICAN CHAMPION AT 2019 AMERICAS AND THE CARIBBEAN The best of breed and best opposite sex winning dogs of each breed, qualified with excellent by the judge on Thursday June 20th, 2019 can obtain the title “Ibero-American Champion at 2019 Americas and the Caribbean”, according to judge’s criteria. IBERO-AMERICAN JUNIOR CHAMPION AT 2019 AMERICAS AND THE CARIBBEAN The best junior male and best junior female winning dogs of each breed, qualified with excellent by the judge on Thursday June 20th, 2019 can obtain the title “Ibero-American Junior Champion at 2019 Americas and the Caribbean”, according to judge’s criteria. PAN-AMERICAN CHAMPION AT 2019 AMERICAS AND THE CARIBBEAN The best of breed and best opposite sex winning dogs of each breed, qualified with excellent by the judge on Friday June 21st, 2019 can obtain the title “Pan-American Champion at 2019 Americas and the Caribbean”, according to judge’s criteria PAN-AMERICAN JUNIOR CHAMPION AT 2019 AMERICAS AND THE CARIBBEAN The best junior male and best junior female winning dogs of each breed, qualified with excellent by the judge on Friday June 2ist, 2019 can obtain the title “Pan-American Junior Champion at 2019 Americas and the Caribbean”, according to judge’s criteria. INTERCONTINENTAL CHAMPION AT 2019 AMERICAS AND THE CARIBBEAN The best of breed and best opposite sex winning dogs of each breed, qualified with excellent by the judge on Friday June 21st, 2019 can obtain the title “Intercontinental Champion at 2019 Americas and the Caribbean”, according to judge’s criteria. Judges from Asia, America and Europe will judge that day. INTERCONTINENTAL JUNIOR CHAMPION AT 2019 AMERICAS AND THE CARIBBEAN The best junior male and best junior female winning dogs of each breed, qualified with excellent by the judge on Friday June 2ist, 2019 can obtain the title “Intercontinental Champion at 2019 Americas and the Caribbean”, according to judge’s criteria. FCI INERNATIONAL CHAMPION (CACIB) According to FC rules, to obtain the FCI international championship, four Certificat d’Aptitude au Championnat International de Beauté (CACIB) by four different judges are required. The CACIB will be offered the four days of circuit of shows. Only one CACIB can be awarded in each sex, in every breed and breed variety – in accordance with the FCI Breed Nomenclature- on the same day and at the same place. The only dogs which can be taken into consideration for the CACIB are those which have been awarded “EXCELLENT 1” in intermediate, open, working and champion class. A CACIB can only be awarded if the dog in question has been assessed as being of superior quality. The CACIB is not automatically and compulsorily linked to the “EXCELLENT 1”. The Reserve CACIB is awarded to the second best dog which was given the qualification “EXCELLENT” from the above mentioned classes. The dog placed second in the class where the CACIB winner comes from can compete for the Reserve CACIB, if awarded excellent. It is not compulsory to award the Reserve CACIB. The judge awards CACIB and Reserve CACIB according to the quality of the dogs without checking whether they meet the conditions regarding age and/or registration with a studbook recognized by the FCI. The judge can withhold any award if he/she decides to do so. No working class certificates (CACIT) will be offered during this section shows circuit. When obtaining the four CACIB’s, the FCI International Championship Title will be processed and shipped by the FCI; therefore, the FCI will be in charge of sending the title to the owners. MEXICAN CHAMPION AT 2019 AMERICAS AND THE CARIBBEAN The winners of the classes: puppy, junior, intermediate, open, working, champion, grand champion and veteran will obtain a CACM. The dogs who get two CACM during the four days of the circuit (Thursday 20, Friday 21, Saturday 22 and Sunday 23 – June 2019), will be able to process the special title “Mexican Champion at 2019 Americas and the Caribbean”, according to judge’s criteria. MEXICAN JUNIOR CHAMPION AT 2019 AMERICAS AND THE CARIBBEAN The winners of the classes: junior male and junior female, in each breed with first place “Excellent” will obtain a CJVN. The dogs who get two CJVN during the four days of the circuit (Thursday 20, Friday 21, Saturday 22 and Sunday 23 – June 2019), will be able to process the special title “Mexican Junior Champion at 2019 Americas and the Caribbean”, according to judge’s criteria. MEXICAN CHAMPIONSHIP During the four days of the circuit 2019 Americas and the Caribbean (Thursday 20th, Friday 21st, Saturday 22nd and Sunday 23rd), the dogs who win in four occasions “Best Male” or “Best Female” could be able to process the “Mexican Champion” title. To “Best Male” and “Best Female” will be awarded between the winners (first place with “Excellent”) from the classes: Intermediate, Open, Working, Champion and Grand Champion. The judge will be able to withhold any prize/award if according to his/her opinion, the evaluated dog does not meet the ideal phenotypic characteristics of the breed. Because this is a special event, the dogs that does not obtain this award during the four days of these events, will have to meet the requirements for the Mexican Championship described at the current official dog show rules of the FCM. MEXICAN JUNIOR CHAMPION The winners of the classes: junior male and junior female, in each breed with first place “Excellent” will obtain a CJVN. The dogs who get four CJVN during the four days of the circuit (Thursday 20, Friday 21, Saturday 22 and Sunday 23 – June 2019), will be able to process the “Mexican Junior Champion” title, according to judge’s criteria. Because this is a special event, the dogs that does not obtain this award during the four days of these events, will have to meet the requirements for the Mexican Junior Championship described at the current official dog show rules of the FCM. 2019 AMERICAS AND THE CARIBBEAN SECTION SHOW WINNERS The title “2019 AMERICAS AND THE CARIBBEAN WINNER” shall be awarded to the dog and the bitch that are proposed for the CACIB (first place winners with excellent from classes: intermediate, open, working, champion and grand champion) according to judge’s criteria and to FCI rules. The awarding of this title is irrespective of the entry for this particular breed. The title “2019 AMERICAS AND THE CARIBBEAN JUNIOR WINNER” shall be awarded to the best junior male and best junior female provided that they have received the qualification first place with “Excellent” according to judge’s criteria and to FCI rules. The title “World Veteran Winner” or “Section Veteran Winner” shall be awarded to the best veteran male and veteran female provided that they have received the qualification first place with “Excellent” according to judge’s criteria and to FCI rules. The dog and the bitch proposed for the CACIB, the best junior dog and bitch, and the best veteran dog and bitch which have received the qualification “EXCELLENT 1” in the Junior and Veteran classes compete for the titles Best of Breed (BOB) and Best of Opposite Sex (BOS).
